ABC Medical Center is a Private, Not-for-Profit Institution ("Private Assistance Institution" or "I.A.P.") that since its inception has allocated financial resources and human talent to provide top quality medical care to limited-resource individuals through our Charitable Clinics, while promoting research and teaching programs. Toward this end, and in adherence to its core values and philosophy, ABC Medical Center created the ABC Foundation in 2002.
To support and promote, by means of attracting philanthropic resources, hospital projects that contribute to the care of our patients and the advance of medicine in Mexico.
The ABC Foundation Board is comprised of 33 community leaders, upstanding individuals of recognized prestige, who voluntarily express their interest and commitment to the ABC Medical Center's mission. The members of the ABC Foundation Board contribute as donors and promoters of the Institution's fundraising efforts.
Since its inception, philanthropy has been at the heart of ABC Medical Center. As a Private, Not-for-Profit Institution ("Private Assistance Institution" or "I.A.P") ABC has no owners or shareholders, which is what sets it apart as an institution of the community, for the community.
